1. Services
Visage provides photobooth rental services for events including weddings, corporate functions, parties, nightlife, and other occasions. A booking includes the photobooth model, selected experience, any add-ons, and the rental duration as confirmed at checkout.
Standard rental covers 3 hours of live booth operation at your venue. Additional hours are available at the per-hour rate shown on your booking summary and can be added during checkout.
2. Booking and confirmation
- A booking is created when you complete the booking funnel on our website and submit payment.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and payment receipt.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we are unable to fulfil it (e.g., equipment unavailability, venue restrictions, or force majeure). In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing and taxes
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- The confirmed price is the amount shown on your checkout summary and payment receipt. We will not increase the price after payment without your consent.
- Peak season surcharge: bookings during peak wedding season (November–February, including 25 December–1 January) may attract a surcharge of up to 20%, which will be reflected in your quote before payment.
- Travel charges: events outside Mumbai may include additional travel and logistics costs, which will be communicated before you confirm the booking.

- If the balance payment is not received before the event, Visage reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the advance.
4.3 Payment confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Visage account. This email serves as your booking receipt. You can also view your booking status from your account page.

7. Event-day requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, you (the Client) agree to:

8.1 Our equipment
All photobooth equipment (cameras, tablets, lighting, booth structure, printers, and accessories) remains the property of Visage at all times.
8.2 Damage and loss

- In the event of equipment failure during an event, Visage will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue on-site. If the issue cannot be resolved and results in a material reduction of service, the Client will receive a pro-rata refund for the affected portion of the rental period.
9. Content and intellectual property
- Your content: all photos, GIFs, videos, and other media captured at your event belong to you and your guests. You receive unlimited digital downloads and prints as included in your package.
- Our use: unless you notify us in writing before the event, we may use anonymised or non-identifying samples of event content (e.g., booth setups, backdrop designs, sample prints) in our portfolio, website, and social media. We will not publish identifiable guest content without appropriate consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Online gallery: if your package includes an online gallery, it will be hosted for 30 days after the event. Extended hosting can be arranged on request.

In such cases, the affected party will notify the other promptly, and both parties will work in good faith to reschedule or resolve the situation. If the event cannot be rescheduled within 6 months, the Client will receive a full refund.
